What happens after a proposal is submitted
- Your proposal will be reviewed by the team, and we will also do a reference check. Please note that Highr provides feedback to all proposals. You will be notified if your proposal is accepted within 5-7 working days.
- After the review, we list your session as 'upcoming' on the Highr website, and call for registrations on the same.
- In order for a session to go live, it must receive at least 25 registrations. We do this to ensure that the session has enough demand before you devote time and effort in designing the workshop.
- Once the session meets this minimum requirement, you will receive full support in the content and workshop design. After that, we will request you for a demo session as a trial run. Post the demo session, you will be provided requisite feedback and will be eligible to teach on Highr as a Coach.
